Woe is a two piece band from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma who formed in 2018, from the looks of things.  Woe play a killer style of music that incorporates elements of hardcore, punk, metal, sludge, and powerviolence within their sound.  Since forming in 2018, Woe have released an eleven song demo in January of 2019 and a digital single titled Strangled By Entrails in July of 2019.  Without Empathy is the band's latest EP, which was released on August 19th, 2019.  On Without Empathy, Woe offer up ten tracks of killer hardcore, punk, metal, sludge, and powerviolence.  Overall, Without Empathy makes for an awesome listen and definitely should not be missed.  Highly recommended!  Enjoy!

Woe is a four piece band from Brooklyn, New York who formed in 2007.  Woe play a raw, visceral, and brutal as fuck style of music that incorporates elements of raw black metal and death metal within their sound.  Musically, Woe can be loosely compared to bands such as Hexis, Seven Sisters Of Sleep, Yellow Eyes, Tombs, and other like-minded bands.  Since forming in 2007, Woe have released a five song EP titled Absinthe Invocation: Five Spells Against God in April of 2007, a seven song LP titled A Spell For The Death Of Man in September of 2008, a remastered version of A Spell For The Death Of Man in December of 2016, and a seven song LP titled Hope Attrition in March of 2017.  A Violent Dread is Woe's latest 12", which was released via Vendetta records on March 15th, 2019.  A Violent Dread, Woe offer up two tracks of bleak, depressive, and raw sounding black metal and death metal.  Overall, A Violent Dread absolutely crushes and is an absolute must listen.  Highly recommended!  Enjoy!
