La Misma is a NYC based Hardcore, Punk band who got their start in mid 2014, from the looks of things.  La Misma play a tense and frenetic style of female fronted hardcore/punk.  Musically, La Misma can loosely be compared to early White Lung, Brain F, Libyans, and other like-minded bands.  Kanizadi is La Misma's debut full-length LP, which was released via La Vida Es Un Mus and Toxic State records on September 10th, 2015.  On their debut LP, La Misma offer up nine tracks of snotty and frenetic as hell sounding punk and post punk.  Overall, Kanizadi is a killer LP and should not be missed.  Highly recommended!  Enjoy!

Crazy Spirit are a New York City based hardcore band who got their start in 2010, from the looks of things.  Crazy Spirit play a dirty, scuzzy, and totally blown out style of hardcore/punk.  Musically, Crazy Spirit can be loosely compared to bands such as Brain Tumors, Pregnancy Scares.  Crazy Spirit features some of the catchiest guitar riffs and snotty vocals, which makes for a really cool contrast to the band's dirty vibe.  I recently picked this album up at my favorite local record shop on a whim, and let's just say I was beyond impressed by Crazy Spirit's debut full-length LP.  I know I'm really late to the game as far as Crazy Spirit is concerned, but I guess better late than never.  This is Crazy Spirit's debut full-length LP, which was released via Toxic Shock records back in 2012 and re-released again in 2015.  On their latest LP, Crazy Spirit offer up fourteen tracks of killer hardcore/punk.  Overall, this album absolutely slays and should not be missed.  Highly recommended!  Enjoy!

Anasazi is a New York City based post punk, punk, and death rock band who formed in late 2011, from the looks of things.  Anasazi play a dark and unsettling style of music that blends elements of post punk, punk, and death rock within their sound.  Musically, Anasazi can be said to be influenced by 80's new wave and synth driven goth rock.  The band can loosely be affiliated with bands such as The Ukiah Drag, Neon Blud, Dark Blue, and Puerto Rican Flowers.  Nasty Witch is the band's debut full-length LP, which was just recently released via Toxic Shock records.  On their debut LP, Anasazi offer up nine songs of really solid post punk, punk, and death rock.  Overall, Nasty Witch Rock is a killer LP and should not be missed.  Highly recommended!  Enjoy!
