Psychic Teens is a three piece band from Philadelphia, PA who formed in 2010.  Psychic Teens play a gloomy, hazy, distorted, a reverb drenched style of post punk, grunge, shoegaze, and noise rock.  Musically, Psychic Teens can be loosely compared to bands such as The Birthday Party, Wipers, Drive Like Jehu, Young Widows, The Estranged and early A Place To Bury Strangers.  Since forming in 2010, Psychic Teens have released a seven song LP titled Teen in October of 2011, a five song EP titled Halo in March of 2012, a two song 7" titled LNDN/HWII in October of 2012, a nine song LP titled Come in October of 2013, a two song 7" titled Face/All in November of 2014,  an eight song LP titled Nerve in May of 2016, and a five song 12" titled Hex in April of 2017.  Soft is the band's latest two song EP, which was  originally released back in 2012 and digitally released on June 5th, 2020.  On Soft, Psychic Teens offer up two tracks of dark, moody, and ominous sounding post punk, grunge, shoegaze, and noise rock.  Overall, Soft is an amazing EP and definitely should not be missed.  Highly recommended!  Enjoy!
