Paramnesia is a French based black metal, post metal, and shoegaze band who formed in 2005.  Paramnesia sound is dark, hauntingly atmospheric, and crushing beyond belief.  Since their inception in 2005, Paramnesia have released a spliy with UNRU in February of 2014 and a handful of singles. Ce Que Dit La Bouche D'ombre is the band's latest two song 12", which was originally released back in April of 2013.  Ce Que Dit La Bouche D'ombre was remastered and repressed in September of 2015.  Ce Que Dit La Bouche D'ombre was released via Lubic, Vendetta, Pest Productions, and Monoton Studio records.  On Ce Que Dit La Bouche D'ombre, Paramnesia offer up two tracks of crushing black metal, post metal, and shoegaze that's an absolute must listen for fans of Lightbearer and Year Of No Light.  Overall, Ce Que Dit La Bouche D'ombre is a killer LP and should not be missed.  Highly recommended!  Enjoy!

Paramnesia from France play atmospheric black metal as it was meant to be. This band has been active since 2005 and have produced 4 releases since then. Their music contains variations of slow and heavy parts, sometimes some shoegaze and than again a storm of blast-beats and ecstatic black metal riffs. The songs on all 4 releases are only entitled wirth Roman numbers (I, II, III, IV etc..) and also the whole optic concept of the band is kept in an medieval style. This concept is supported by the stunning artwork of band member Pierre Perichaud (Facebook / Tumblr).

In medicine, "paramnesia" is an inability to distinguish between real memories and dreams or fantasies... and that is just the effect this band has on those who open their minds to their sinister music...(which is all available for free downloading)
