Raedon Kong is a two piece band from Lafayette, Louisiana who formed in early 2011 from the looks of things. Raedon Kong features members of Collapsar, Hooves, and Icepick Revival. Raedon Kong play a killer style of doom, sludge, and stoner rock with a killer experimental vibe, that keeps their sound interesting and really unique. Musically, Raedon Kong can be said to be influenced by bands such as early Black Sabbath, Neurosis, Buzzoven, and Eyehategod. Since their inception in 2011, Raedon Kong have released an eight song LP titled We Are The Worms in November of 2011 and a self-titled four song EP in January of 2013. Critical Paths is the band's latest full-length LP, which is slated for release via Hell Comes Home records on November 6th, 2015. On Critical Paths, Raedon Kong offer up six tracks of really heavy and unique sounding doom, sludge, and stoner rock.
