Holy Motors is a five piece band from Estonia who formed in 2015. Holy Motors play a killer style of music that incorporates elements of death rock and indie rock within their sound. Musically, Holy Motors sound can be said to feel right at home with artists such as Mazzy Star, PJ Harvey, Echo And The Bunnymen, or the soundtrack to Twin Peaks. Since forming in 2015, Holy Motors have released a two song 7" titled Heavenly Creatures in October of 2015, a two song 7" titled Sleepry Dr in February of 201, and an eight song LP titled Slow Sundown in February of 2019. Horse is the band's latest full-length LP, which was released via Wharf Cat records on October 16th, 2020. On Horse, Holy Motors offer up eight tracks of dark, moody, and soulful sounding death rock and indie rock. Overall, Horse makes for an awesome listen and definitely should not be missed.
