Dualist is a newly formed group from Los Angeles, CA, comprised of former members of the previously disbanded act Elitist.! After a few years away from the scene, the duo of Julian Rodriguez (guitar & vocals) and Ben Kazenoff (drums) found themselves recharged and ready to revisit the genre with a blank slate. With the addition of former Think Again vocalist Robbie Gardunio and former Elitist bassist Brian McGraw (bass & guitar), the band began writing and recording in their hometown of Los Angeles, CA.
Dualist incorporates the fast, aggressive, heavy and groovy elements expected from a modern hardcore/metal act, while paying an updated and revitalized homage to the early works of Elitist. 
...and finally it's there.! 'Be Here Now' is Dualist's debut EP which was released today, march 16, 2018. The song 'Inner Word' features a vocal guest appearrance by Michael Barr (ex-Volumes).! This is an amazing band with an amazing debut EP.! Don't miss it.! Highly recommended.!!
