one man black metal from Australia. excellent effort from beginning to end. does what a lot of black metal forgets, spends time in a midpaced groove. makes the blast beats stand out and mean something when they show back up. only minor complaint would be the vocals. i guess not really a complaint so much as just a matter of personal preference. a little too much of the death metal style gutterals for my taste when it comes to black metal. don't get me wrong though, it doesn't drag the album down at all. i just feel it would be even better than it already is if it featured a little more of higher register typical black metal vocals. check it out below. as well as some other releases this guys involved with
