White Spot is a one man musical project from Mansura, Louisiana who started in 2014, from the looks of things.  All music under the White Spot Moniker is written, recorded, and mixed by Marcus Lemoine.  White Spot plays a killer style of music that incorporates elements of post hardcore, punk, metal, sludge, and noise rock within their sound.  Musically, White Spot can be said to be influenced by bands such as Melvins, Jesus Lizard, Fight Amp, Breather Resist, Nirvana, and other like-minded bands.  Since forming in 2014, White Spot has released an eleven song LP titled Terms Of Venery in August of 2014, a seven song LP titled Father Songs in January of 2015, and an eight song LP titled Everything Changes, Nothing Disappears in June of 2015.  I Had The Best For A Little While is White Spot's latest seven song cassette, which was released on January 5th, 2016.  On I Had The Best For A Little While, White Spot offers up seven tracks of off-kilter, noise damaged post hardcore, punk, metal, sludge, and noise rock.  Overall, I Had The Best For A Little While makes for a killer listen and should not be missed.  Great stuff!  Enjoy!
