Weak Wrists is a five piece band from Asheville, North Carolina who formed in early 2014, from the looks of things.  Weak Wrists play a volatile and chaotic style of music that incorporates elements of hardcore, punk, crust, screamo, grindcore and emoviolence within their sound.  Muisically, Weak Wrists can be loosely compared to bands such as Ampere, Orchid, Resurrectionists, Republic Of Dreams and other like-minded bands.  Since forming in 2014, Weak Wrists have released a self-titled six song demo in June of 2014.  This is the band's debut full-length LP, which will be released via Halo Of Flies, IFB, Suspended Soul Tapes, Dingleberry, and Rubaiyat records on October 14th, 2016.  On their self-titled debut, Weak Wrists offer up thirteen tracks of caustic, crushing and brutal as fuck sounding hardcore, punk, crust, screamo, emoviolence, and grindcore.  Overall, this is an amazing album and should not be missed!  Highly recommended!  Enjoy!

JUNE 2014 UPDATE

Well I'm back to bring you another monthly round-up of new shit I've discovered recently. And here's my obligatory apology for not updating the blog more frequently. But anyway, lots of good stuff below to shove in your ear-holes. Mixed in with the usual bounty of hardcore & crust, there is some stoner, doom & even screamo stuff. I don't know what's wrong with me, maybe I hit my head, but I'm digging all of this stuff, so you should too.
