Hex Lariat is a two piece band from Indiana, who formed in 2016, from the looks of things. Hex Lariat features members of Coma Regalia and Iwakura, so going on that alone, you know you're in for some really killer tunes. Hex Lariat play a dark, moody, and heavily distorted style of music that incorporates elements of hardcore, punk, and screamo, within their sound. Since forming in 2016, Hex Lariat have released a six song cassette titled Subaqueous in December of 2016. Empyrean is the band's latest twelve song LP, which was released via Middle-Man records on June 26th, 2018. On Empyrean, Hex Lariat offer up twelve tracks of dark, moody, and depressive sounding hardcore, punk, and screamo. Overall, Empyrean is a killer LP and should not be missed. Great stuff! Enjoy!
