Acrylics are a four piece band from Santa Rosa, CA who formed in 2013, from the looks of things.  Acrylics play a killer style of music that incorporates elements of hardcore, punk, and noise rock within their sound.  Musically, Acrylics can be said to be loosely compared to bands such as Die Kruzen, Rash, Gay Kiss, Pollution, and other like-minded bands.  Since forming in 2013, Acrylics have released a five song demo cassette titled Mother Was A Baby in June of 2014, a two song EP titled Lovely's Slideshow in September of 2015, and a self-titled six song 12" in February of 2016, and a two song 7" titled Despair in January of 2017.  Sinking In is the band's latest LP, which was released via Iron Lung records on November 22nd, 2019.  On Sinking In, Acrylics offer up eleven tracks of killer hardcore, punk, and noise rock.  Overall, Sinking In makes for an awesome listen and definitely should not be missed.  Highly recommended!  Enjoy!

Sand Eater is a three piece band from Apple Valley, California who formed in 2018, from the looks of things.  Sand Eater play an unsettling and experimental/off-kilter style of music that incorporates elements of punk, sludge, noise rock, and noisecore within their sound.  Since forming in 2018, Sand Eater have released a two song EP titled Jezebel & Heck The Kids in January of 2019, a four song EP titled The Rat King Rises in February of 2019, an eight song EP titled Garbage Man in May of 2019, and an eight song EP titled Sand Eater Gets Pissed in August of 2019.  You People Mean Nothing is the band's latest LP, which was released on October 23rd, 2019.  On You People Mean Nothing, Sand Eater offer up twelve tracks of weird, abrasive, and unsettling experimental punk, sludge, noise rock, and noisecore.  Overall, You People Mean Nothing makes for a solid listen and is definitely worth checking out.  Enjoy!
