Holy shit. This band fucking smokes. Bifid Corpse is a two piece band from Illinois who formed in early 2016, from the looks of things. Bifid Corpse features members of Faceplant and Falter. Bifid Corpse play a killer style of music that incorporates elements of hardcore, punk, death metal, and grindcore within their sound. Musically, Bifid Corpse can be loosely compared to bands such as Fange, Wake, Ruins, and other like-minded bands. Since forming in 2016, Bifid Corpse have released a five song EP titled Dead & Decaying in July of 201, and a seven song EP titled Enter he Corpse in March of 2018. Consuming Death is the band's latest EP, which was released via Dissonant Society on June 20th, 2019. On Consuming Death, Bifid Corpse offer up four tracks of filthy and raw sounding hardcore, punk, death metal, and grindcore. Overall, Consuming Death is a killer EP and should not be missed.
