Mediated Form is a three piece band from Victoria, British Columbia, who formed in early 2018, from the looks of things.  Mediated Form play a chaotic and vicious as fuck style of music that incorporates elements of hardcore, punk, grindcore, and powerviolence within their sound.  Musically, Mediated Form can be loosely compared to bands such as Iron Lung, Water Torture, BOAK, Fluoride, and other like-minded bands.  This is the band's self-titled debut, which was released on April 14th, 2018.  On their self-titled debut, Mediated Form offer up six tracks of vicious, scathing, and brutal as fuck sounding hardcore, punk, grindcore, and powerviolence.  Overall, Mediated Form's demo makes for a great listen and definitely should not be missed.  Highly recommended! OAF is a Vancouver, BC based band who formed in late 2014/early 2015 from the looks of things.  OAF play a blown out, caustic, primitive, and brutal as fuck sounding style of hardcore, punk, and noise rock.  Musically, OAF can be loosely compared to bands such as Walls, Society Nurse, The Lowest Form, and White Wards.  Since their inception in late 2013 or 2014, OAF have released a self-titled four song demo in December of 2014 and a second self-titled demo in January of 2015.  This is OAF's third self-titled demo, which was self-released by the band on July 13th, 2015.  On their latest four song EP, OAF offer up four new tracks of blown-out and noise damaged hardcore, punk, and noise rock that's nasty as fuck.  Overall, OAF really impressed the hell out of me with their latest release.  Highly recommended!  Enjoy!
