Wax Chattels are a three piece band from Auckland, New Zealand who formed in 2018, from the looks of things.  Wax Chattels play a killer style of music that incorporates elements of post punk, alt. rock, and indie rock within their sound.  Musically, Wat Chattels can be loosely compared to bands such as McLusky, Future Of The Left, Idles, DC Fontaines, and other like-minded bands.  Since forming in 2018, Wax Chattels have released a 7"titled Stay Disappointed in February of 2018, a ten song self-titled LP in May of 2018,and a five song Live EP recorded at Part Time Punks in October of 2018.  Clot is the band's latest full-length LP, which was released via Captured Tracks records on September 25th, 2020.  On Clot, Wax Chattels offer up eleven tracks of tense, angular and discordant sounding post punk, alt. rock, and indie rock.  Overall, Clot makes for an awesome listen and definitely should not be missed.  Highly recommended!  Enjoy!

Soul Void is a new band from Auckland, New Zealand who formed in 2019, from the looks of things.  Soul Void play a crushing and brutal as fuck style of old school death metal.  Musically, Soul Void can be loosely compared to bands such as Gatecreeper, Of Feather And Bone, Noose Rot, and other like-minded bands.  Temple Of Sin is the band's debut EP, which was released via Elimination records on December 6th, 2019.  On Temple Of Sin, Soul Void offer up three tracks of skull crushing old school death metal.  Overall, Temple Of Sin makes for an awesome listen and definitely should not be missed.  Highly recommended!  Enjoy!

Bridge Burner is a five piece band from Auckland, New Zealand who formed in 2015.  Bridge Burner formed after the band Graves called it a day.  Bridge Burner play a venomous and brutal as fuck style of hardcore, punk, black metal, crust, d-beat, and grindcore.  Since forming in 2015, Bridge Burner have released a four song EP titled Mantras Of Self-Loathing in November of 2015 and an eight song LP titled Null Apostle in May of 2018.  Chlorine Eyes/Abyssal is the band's latest EP, which was released on March 27th, 2019.  On Chlorine Eyes/Abyssal, Bridge Burner offer up two tracks of vicious sounding hardcore, punk, black metal crust, d-beat, and grindcore that's an absolute must listen for fans of Mammoth Grinder, Hatred Surge, and Nails.  Overall, Chlorine Eyes/Abyssal is an amazing EP that should not be missed.  Highly recommended!  Enjoy!
