Unfurl is a four piece band from Pittsburgh, PA who formed in 2015, from the looks of things. Unfurl play a killer style of music that incorporates elements of post hardcore, punk, black metal, sludge, and grindcore within their sound. Since forming in 2015, Unfurl have released a seven song LP titled Deathbed in April of 2016 and an eleven song LP titled The Waking Void in September of 2019. This is a remastered version of the band's debut LP, which was released on May 29th, 2020. On Deathbed, Unfurl offer up seven tracks of ugly and brutal as fuck sounding post hardcore, punk, black metal, sludge, and grindcore. Overall, Deathbed makes for an awesome listen and definitely should not be missed. Highly recommended! Enjoy!
