Goatburner is a two piece band from Helsinki, Finland who formed in 2018. Goatburner features members of Rotten Sound and Ratface, so going on that alone, you know you're in for something truly special. Goatburner play a killer style of music that incorporates elements of death metal, sludge, grindcore, and powerviolence within their sound. Musically, Goatburner can be loosely compared to bands such as Primitive Man, Vermin Womb, Erosion, and other like-minded bands. Since forming in 2018, Goatburner have released a four song EP titled Time To Burn in August of 2018 and a cover of Dead Kennedys' Hellnation in July of 2019. Extreme Conditions is the band's debut LP, which was released via Time To Kill records on September 27th, 2019. On Time To Kill, Goatburner offer up ten tracks of raw, ugly, filthy, and brutal as fuck sounding death metal, sludge, grindcore, and powerviolence. Overall, Extreme Conditions makes for an amazing listen and definitely should not be missed. Highly recommended! Enjoy!
