Here's a killer split LP featuring new material from Northern UK's Coltsblood and Seattle, WA's UN. Coltsblood is a three piece band from Northern UK who formed in 2013, from the looks of things. Coltsblood play a killer style of music that incorporates elements of metal, doom, and sludge within their sound. Since forming in 2013, Coltsblood have released a two song demo titled Beyond The Lake Of Madness in June of 2013, a split with Crypt Lurker in November of 2013, a seven song LP titled Into The Unfathomable Abyss in March of 2014, a three-way split with Horse Latitudes and Ommadon in July of 2014, a five song live LP titled Live In Helsinki in March of 2015, and a four song LP titled Ascending Into Shimmering Darkness in April of 2017. On their side of the split, Coltsblood offer up one track of ominous and heavy as fuck sounding metal, doom, and sludge. The second side of the split belongs to UN. UN is a four piece band from Seattle, Washington who formed in 2015. UN play a killer style of music that incorporates elements of post metal, doom, and sludge within their sound. Since forming in 2015, UN have released a five song LP titled The Tomb Of All Things in December of 2015 and a four song LP titled Sentiment in September of 2018. On their side of the split, UN offer up one track of ominous and oppressive sounding post metal, doom, and sludge. Overall, this is an amazing split and definitely should not be missed.
