Drones For Queens is a three piece band from Philadelphia, PA who formed in 2012, by the looks of things. Drones For Queens play a killer style of music that incorporates elements of hardcore, punk, metal, and grindcore within their sound. Musically, Drones For Queens can be loosely compared to bands such as Fulgora, Livistid, Pig Destroyer, Wake, and other like-minded bands. Since forming in 2012, Drones For Queens have released a four song EP titled Health in July of 2012, a split with Occult 45 in December of 2013, a four song EP titled Practically Weapons in March of 2015, and most recently, a cover of Carnivore's Thermonuclear Warrior in April of 2018. Unwavering Servant is the band's debut full-length LP, which was released on November 1st, 2016. On Unwavering Servant, Drones For Queens offer up ten tracks of vicious, scathing, and brutal as fuck sounding hardcore, punk, metal, and grindcore. Overall, Unwavering Servant makes for an awesome listen and definitely should not be missed. Highly recommended! Enjoy!
