Bloody Gears was a three piece band from Boston, MA who existed from 2009-2013. Bloody Gears played a driving, tense, and frenetic style of music that incorporated elements of punk and post punk within their sound. Musically, Bloody Gears gave nods to bands such as Wipers, Husker Du, Moving Targets, and Articles of Faith, as far as musical influences are concerned. Since forming in 2009, Bloody Gears have released a four song 7" titled End Of The Line in May of 2010, a four song 7" titled Frozen Rain in March of 2010, a full-length LP titled Landscapes Of Disease in April of 2012. Shallow Remains is Bloody Gears' last full-length, which was between 2012-2015. On Shallow Remains, Bloody Gears offer up seven tracks of dark, tense, and frenetic sounding punk and post punk.
