Careering is a five piece band from Manchester, United Kingdom who formed in early 2018, from the looks of things. Careering play a killer style of music that incorporates elements of post punk, punk, garage rock, and noise rock within their sound. Musically, Careering can be loosely compared to bands such as Metz, Idles, Future Of The Left, Meatwave, and other like-minded bands. Since forming in 2018, Careering have released a six song EP titled White Giant in June of 2018 and a two song EP titled Coughing/Thigh Slapper in November of 2018. Truetips / Death of Married Men is the band's latest two song EP, which was released on January 13th, 2019. On Truetips / Death of Married Men, Careering offer up two tracks of tense, angular, and discordant sounding post punk, punk, garage rock, and noise rock.
