Bad Sleep is a four piece band from Olympia, Washington, who formed in 2015, from the looks of things. Bad Sleep play a killer style of music that incorporates elements of punk, power pop, and alt. rock within their sound. Musically, Bad Sleep can be loosely compared to bands such as Cayatena, Lemuria, The Worriers, and other like-minded bands. Since forming in 2015, Bad Sleep have released a self-titled EP in September of 2016 and a five song EP titled No Fun in September of 2017. This is the band's debut full-length LP, which was released via Specialist Subject records on August 14th, of 2018. On their self-titled debut, Bad Sleep offer up ten tracks of killer punk, power pop and alt. rock. Overall, Bad Sleep's debut LP makes for an awesome listen and definitely should not be missed.
