Prize The Doubt is a two piece band from Columbus, Ohio who formed in 2011, from the looks of things.  Prize The Doubt play a tense and discordant mix of hardcore, punk, and screamo.  Musically, Prize The Doubt can be loosely compared to bands such as older Pianos Become The Teeth, Who Calls So Loud, The Saddest Landscape, My Fictions, and other like-minded bands.  Since forming in 2011, Prize The Doubt have released a six song EP titled Rot Fun Beg in October of 2011, a six song EP titled The Empirical EP in September of 2012, a ten song LP titled New Aesthetic in February of 2014, and a split 7" with Valence in April of 2015.  Difficulty In Transitions is the band's latest full-length LP, which was released on June 26th, 2017.  On Difficulty In Transitions, Prize The Doubt offer up eleven tracks of tense and discordant sounding hardcore, punk, and screamo.  Overall, Difficulty In Transitions makes for a great listen.  Highly recommended!  Enjoy!
