Aviator is a five piece band from Massachusetts who formed in October of 2009. Aviator play a killer style of music that incorporates elements of post hardcore, punk, and screamo within their sound. Musically, Aviator can be loosely compared to bands such as Defeater, La Dispute, Departures, and other like-minded bands. Since forming in 2009, Aviator have released a self-titled demo in February of 2010, a split 7" with Fictions in November of 2010, a five song 12" titled I'm Not The Lonely One in November of 2011, a split with Spirit Fangs in June of 2012, a live EP titled January 2013, a five song EP titled Covers in January of 2014, four digital singles, a ten song LP titled Heads In The Clouds, Hands In The Dirt in August of 2014, and a two song 7" titled Heaven's Gate/Death's Door in April of 2017. Loneliness Leaves A Light On For Me is the band's latest full-length LP, which was released via No Sleep records on June 23rd, 2017. On Loneliness Leaves A Light On For Me, Aviator offer up ten tracks of tense and emotive post hardcore, punk, and screamo. Overall, Loneliness Leaves A Light On For Me makes for a killer listen.
