Here's a killer split 12" featuring new material from Baltimore Maryland's Triac and Chicago Il's Sick/Tired.  Triac is a Baltimore based band who formed in 2008.  Triac play a chaotic and volatile style of music that incorporates elements of hardcore, punk, powerviolence, and grindcore within their sound.  Since forming in 2008, Triac have released a self-titled demo in December of 2008, appeared on the This Com. Kills Facists Vol II in June of 2010, released a three way split with Defeatist and Asra in August of 2010, released a two song 7" titled Always Meant To Hurt You in October of 2011, released a split LP with Disciples Of Christ in December of 2012, and released a split 7" with Sacridose in June of 2015.  On their side of the split, Triac offer up four tracks of devastatingly brutal hardcore, punk, grindcore, and powerviolence.  The second six songs on the split come courtesy of Sick/Tired.  Sick/Tired is a Chicago, IL based band who formed in 2008.  Sick/Tired features members of MK Ultra, Weekend Nachos, Pillage, Disrotted, Winters in Osaka, Paucities, Dilution, Inverted, Urince Cop, Diatribes, Minimum, Wage Assassins, Scotia Widows, Exalted, Silence, and MZRCDXVLSince forming in 2008, Sick/Tired have released a self titled demo in 2008, a split with Coffee Rage in 2009, a full-length LP titled Hig Life in 2010, a split 7" with Ox Baker in 2011, a 7" titled The Lifetaker in 2012, a self-titled 7" in 2012, an eight song EP titled Lowlife in 2013, a full-length LP titled King Of Dirt in 2013, a 7" titled Manufactured in 2013, a split 7" with Lycanthrophy in 2014, appeard on the Bitter Cold compilation 7" in 2014, appeared on the To Live A Live Volume II compilation in 2014, released a full-length LP titled Dissolution in 2014, released a split LP with Sea Of Shit in 2015, released a split 7" with Nakay in 2015, and released Marhaug remixes cassette in 2016.  On their side of the split, Sick/Tired offer up six tracks of brutal and devastating as fuck sounding hardcore, punk, grindcore, and powerviolence.  This split LP was released via To Live A Lie and Psychocontrol records in February of 2017.  Overall, this is an amazing split and should not be missed.  Highly recommended!  Enjoy!
