Counter is a five piece band from Birmingham, Alabama who formed in 2014, from the looks of things. Counter play a killer style of metallic hardcore influenced by band such as Unbroken, Killing The Dream, Give Up The Ghost, and Turmoil. Musically, Counter can be loosely compared to bands such as Axis, Blistered, and True Love. Words Crashing Down On Deaf Ears is the band's debut four track EP, which was released on cassette via Hydrogen Man records on March 31st, 2015. On Shallow Words Crashing On Deaf Ears, Counter offer up four tracks of killer 90's influenced metallic hardcore.
