Caust is a five piece band from Richmond, Virginia who formed in August of 2011. Caust play a chaotic and volatile style of hardcore, punk, and screamo. Musically, Caust can loosely be compared to bands such as You And I, Sohns, Facility, Beau Navire, and Coma Regalia. Since their inception in 2011, Caust have released a four song EP titled Pageturner in December of 2011, a seven song EP titled Mass Graves (We Would Be Better Off) in July of 2012, and a split 7" with (This Is Not For You.) in March of 2013. Anatomy & Dissection is Caust's latest seven track EP, which was released on April 25th, 2015. On Anatomy & Dissection, Caust offer up seven new tracks of chaotic and volatile as fuck sounding hardcore, punk, and screamo. Overall, Anatomy & Dissection is a killer EP and should not be missed.
